Spring 2012 sign-ups will be held at the Jackson Public Library, 100 North Missouri St., Jackson, MO at the following times:
Saturday February 25, 2012, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, February 26, 2012, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 29, 2012, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We encourage families to enroll their player by mailing the sign-up form and payment to Jackson Youth Baseball League, PO Box 676, Jackson, MO 63755.
Draft will be held for T-Ball and Class A (Age 7) on March 13, 2012. Draft for Class AA (Age 8) through Major League (Age 12) will be held on March 14, 2012.
Draft will be held at the Elks Lodge, 542 Independence, Jackson, MO in the lower level meeting room. Start time for both drafts will be 7:00 p.m. A Coach's meeting will be held prior to the start of the draft.
Practice will start on April 1st for all divisions and the regular season will begin on May 1st. The goal is for each team to have 4 practices prior to the start of the season; however, this may not happen to due weather. The regular season will consist of 8 to 10 regular season games followed by a tournament. Trophies will be awarded to teams finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the tournament.
